This paper has two goals. First, it aims to present Joszef Kovács’ subjectivist normativist account of health and disease. Second, an objection against Kovács’ position on the issues in question will be put forward. As a conclusion it will be argued that the notion of “reasonable social norms”, which is proposed by Kovács, is unable to successfully approach the notions of health and disease.Downloads
